Ingredients

6-Servings
  1. 3/4-Cup leftover rice
  2. 6parle gluco biscuit
  3. 1/4-Cup roasted Almond flakes
  4. 4-tbsp milk
  5. 2-tbsp condensed milk
  6. 1/2-Cup homemade malai / cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Add 2-tbsp milk in rice and grind into smooth paste now add soaked gluco biscuit in 2-tbsp milk,malai & condensed milk grind again in smooth puree.Transfer in bowl add roasted Almond flakes mix well

    Pour kulfi mixture in kulfi mould and freeze for 5-6 hrs.

    Yummy mouth watering kulfi is ready to serve. Unmould and Serve in plate sprinkle Almond flakes.
