In a bowl add in chaat masala and lemon juice and mix it. Cut the green chillis from centre and take out all the seeds from it. Fill the lemon and chaat masala mixture in the green chillis and set aside.

In a seperate bowl add in your baisan, namak, lal mirch powder, haldi and baking soda and mix well. Now make a smooth slurry by adding water and mixing it.

Now dip the green chillis in the slurry and deep fry them for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame. Serve with chutney along with some refreshing drink.
