Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cupsmilk
  • 1 cupbroken vermicelli
  • 1 tablespoonfinely sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoonfinely sliced pistachio
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla essence
  • Dashnutmeg
  • 2 tablespoonssugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add broken vermicelli almonds & pistachios Roast on low heat for 5-7 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add milk,sugar and vanilla Essence. Let it boil for 25-30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Once slightly cool add 5-6 scoops vanilla ice cream.

  4. 4

    This can be served chilled or warm.

  5. 5

    Add more nuts for garnish.
