Ingredients

  1. 100 gmmelted white chocolate
  2. 200 gmfinely chopped strawberries
  3. 100 gmShortbread biscuits crushed
  4. 4 tablespoonsheaped double cream
  5. 200 gmsmascarpone cream cheese
  6. White chocolate shavings

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the cream and mascarpone together

  2. 2

    Add strawberries and cooled melted white chocolate to the cream mixture.

  3. 3

    Put the crushed biscuits into the shot glasses and pipe in cream cheese mix. Tap to get rid of air holes.

  4. 4

    Let it set for a hours. To finish off add chopped strawberries & top with white chocolate curls.

  5. 5
