Season tuna with salt and pepper, dried oregano, and red chilli powder. Set aside for about an hour.

Chop the onions, tomatoes & bell peppers.

Take a deep cooking dish add oil. Add minced garlic and stir for about 2 mins on medium flame. Please see that you don't burn the garlic. Add the chopped onions and bell peppers. Later add the chopped tomatoes.

Add the tuna to the above mixture and cook on a low flame.

In another pot, to boiling water add salt, corn & your macaroni and cook according to the instructions given on the box.

Take a sauce pan and add butter (4 teaspoons), add all purpose flour and make sure there are no lumps formed, use a whisk to avoid. Season with salt and pepper. Then add milk to the mixture and stir till it starts to thicken.

Add the macaroni to the tuna mixture and also add some of the boiling water. Then add the white sauce to the mixture.

Finally grate processed cheese (you can also use pepper jack cheese) and keep a lid on it so that the cheese melts. Serve hot. Enjoy!
