Boil chicken and shred it and boil potatoes mashed it.

In a wok, heat 2 tbsp oil, and put Ginger Garlic paste.

Then put vegetables and shredded chicken and mix well.

Then put all the sauces including vinegar and soy sauce and put mashed potatoes mix well.

Then put salt as required and Black pepper and mix

Then switch off the flame and keep it aside to cool.

Then make it into oval shapes and dip into beaten egg and then into vermicelli and fry it till golden brown on the medium flame in the frying pan.

Serve it with green chutney.
