Ingredients

  1. 2chicken breast boiled and shredded
  2. 4-5boiled potatoes and mashed
  3. 1 cupFrenchbean chopped
  4. 1spring onion
  5. 1carrot grated
  6. as neededLittle cabbage (optional)
  7. 1 TbspGinger Garlic paste
  8. 3 Tbspchings Green chilli sauce
  9. 2-3 TbspRed chilli sauce
  10. 1 Tspvinegar
  11. 1 Tspsoy sauce
  12. as per tasteSalt
  13. as per tasteBlack pepper
  14. as neededOil for frying
  15. 2Eggs beaten
  16. as neededVermicelli

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chicken and shred it and boil potatoes mashed it.

  2. 2

    In a wok, heat 2 tbsp oil, and put Ginger Garlic paste.

  3. 3

    Then put vegetables and shredded chicken and mix well.

  4. 4

    Then put all the sauces including vinegar and soy sauce and put mashed potatoes mix well.

  5. 5

    Then put salt as required and Black pepper and mix

  6. 6

    Then switch off the flame and keep it aside to cool.

  7. 7

    Then make it into oval shapes and dip into beaten egg and then into vermicelli and fry it till golden brown on the medium flame in the frying pan.

  8. 8

    Serve it with green chutney.
