  • 3 tbspflour
  • 1 tsppepper
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1.5 cupsmilk
  • 0.5 cupscheddar
  • 1.5 lbspotatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt the butter.

    Stir in the flour.

    Slowly stir in the milk.

    Add the cheese.

    Add the salt and pepper.

    Add the potatoes. Stir. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. (If the sauce is too thick, add and stir in a little milk.)

    Cook time will vary: Depending on the softness of the potatoes.
