Soak soya chunks for an hour in lukewarm water. Squeeze out the water.then in a bowl add salt, blacke pepper powder,all purpose flour and cornflour.add the chunks to the dry mixure then mix it well. Fry it nicely till it gets crispy

For gravy add chopped garlic and ginger in oil saute for one minute then add diced onions and capsicum fry till soften then add split green chillies.

(manchurian masala in a bowl and add water) add manchurian masala in this mixture and schezwan chutney mix it well add orange red food colour, dont add too much salt first because there is salt in manchurian masala

Cook it well then add fried soya chunks to it
