Ingredients

  • 4 cupsmurmura
  • 1/4 cupputhana(roasted chana)
  • 1/4 cupdry kopra powder
  • 8garlic pods
  • 3slit green chillies
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 spoonthick tamarind juice
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • as neededChopped coriander, tomato for garnish
  • 2 spoonoil
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 tspmustard
  • Pinchturmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind puthana, garlic, kopra into coarse powder

    Wash murmura. Add salt, puthana powder and tamarind juice and mix well

    Make tadka with oil, mustard, jeera, pinch of turmeric. Add green chillies

    Fry onion into golden brown. Mix the murmura mixture
