Ingredients: 300 g pork thinly slice; 1 cup cubed bellpepper(red and green); 3 slice canned pineapple or fresh cut; 1 stalk spring onion cut julliene; 3 cloves garlic; Marinade; 1 tsp soy sauce; 1 tsp rice wine; 1 tsp sesame oil; 1 tsp corn flour; 1 egg white (well beaten); 1/8 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp salt; 2 tbsp ketchup; 1 tbsp brown sugar; 1 tsp vinegar; 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Sauce
1/2 tspsalt
2 tbspketchup
1 tbspbrown sugar
1 tspvinegar
1/2 tspsesame oil

Steps

Rinse and slice thinly the pork marinate for atleast 30minutes.

Deep fry the marinated pork till golden brown.

When done in another pan heat 2 tbsp oil fey the garlic and spring onion til fragrant,add bell pepper,water and pineapple, when its tender add pork and season..

This was very good sweet and sour. I added thinly sliced kumquats right near the end of the cooking to add some extra color and tangy sweet bursts of flavor. I also used some of the pineapple juice in the sauce, and finished it up with some fresh coriander (cilantro ) on top
