Soak daal and rice and grind together,make a lump free batter.

Now make vada in oil,you can make with your palm also,grease palm by water,place batter make a dent by thumb and slightly drop in oil and fry until brown,keep all in lukewarm water.

Now beat curd add 1/2 cup water.
- 4
Heat oil add mustard seeds and red chilli,pour on curd.
- 5
Now place vada in curd by squeezing them and serve.
