Ingredients

  • 3onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 1 kgcapsicum (chopped)
  • 1large cabbage (chopped)
  • 1/2 kgcarrots (chopped)
  • 1 kgpotatoes (boiled & mashed)
  • 1 kgchicken (boiled & shreded)
  • Salt as per taste
  • 4 tbsred chilli powder
  • 2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 packetroll sheets
  • 5 tbsflour mixed with 6 tbs water (paste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil & add onions. Saute them.

  2. 2

    Add capsicum, cabbage, carrots & saute them.

  3. 3

    Add potatoes & chicken. Give a good mix.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat. Add spices and mix them all

  5. 5

    Take a sheet. Put 1-2 tbsp mixture & fold it in the shape of roll.
