If using tapioca, soak overnight.
Add 2 cup of water and two tablespoons of sugar in a pot and bring to boil. - 2
Gently pour the dalayi, while whisking. Whisk and let it boil again, don't cover the pot or it will lose its stickiness.

When it is transulent, mix milk with water and stir into the dalayi or tapioca.
Cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
