Cut chicken into small pieces.add schezwan + red chilli sauce + ginger garlic paste + red colour + salt mix well and keep aside for 30mins.

Heat a pan put cabbage + carrot + capsicum and saute for 5 to 8 mins and remove in a plate.

Now heat 2 tsp oil and add marinated chicken and cook on a slow flame untill chicken is cooked now remove from heat and add sauted veggies and mix it.

Take maida in a bowl add salt and by adding water make a dough for rolls.

Take a small portion of dough and roll it like a small roti then apply cheese spread on one corner (only on filing area) then put chicken then put grated cheese on top and fold and make a roll.

Dust maida in a plate and put rolls on it.

Heat oil and fry the rolls untill golden brown.
