Ingredients

  1. 1Whole chicken - I have taken country chicken without skin
  2. for first marination :
  3. 1 tspChilli powder
  4. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  5. as requiredSalt
  6. 1Lemon juice
  7. forSecond marination :
  8. 1 tspChilli powder
  9. 1 tspKashmiri chilli powder
  10. 1 tspCumin powder
  11. 1 tspGaram masala
  12. 1/4 cupCurd
  13. 3 tspOil
  14. handfulMint leaves chopped
  15. 1/2 tspPepper powder
  16. as requiredSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the chicken and skin out the whole chicken. Wash and slit with the knife before marination.
    Take the chicken and nicely marinate with the first marination ingredients and keep aside for 1 hour.
    After an hour, marinate the chicken again with second marination.
    Leave it aside for 1 hour. If possible marinate the previous day and leave for 24 hours.

    Preheat the oven at 200 degrees celsius for 5-0 mins. Place the chicken in oven for 1 hour in baking mode.
    After half an hour flip over the chicken onto the other side and bake for half an hour.
    After one hour, for roasting the chicken, increase the temperature to 250 degrees celsius and grill for 10 mins on each side.
