In a large bowl, mix all the dried ingredients excluding yeast.

In a cup, add the yeast and a Lil warm water and leave it for some minutes like 2-3.

Wash your Kayan miya and grate, add them to the flour mixture and mix well.

Then add the yeast water slowly till you get a thick batter (not watery like puff puffs.

Cover the mixture with cling film or foil paper and leave it to rise.

After it doubled it size then deep fry by making a circle shape with your hands.

To be served with stew or normal vegetable soup
