Rinse rice under cold water and bring the 12 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling add rice and stir. Boil uncovered for 30 minutes.

Drain the rice well, put it back in the pot and put the lid on and let sit for another ten minutes.

Perfect fluffy separate grains every time. You can do 2 cups in the same amount of water just make sure you have a strainer big enough for 8 cups of cooked rice.
