Steps

For the dough; in a bowl add the flour,oil and salt.Mix till the oil is evenly mixed in the flour. Add the water little at a time to make a smooth but not hard dough.put some oil in your palm and rub it on the dough knead some more and cover it and allow to rest for 15mins.

For the stuffing, in a bowl add the mashed potato,minced meat,seasoning,garam masala,salt and chilli powder.Mix till well combined.

Knead the dough some more, take a handful and make a smooth ball dip in flour and roll out into an even circle not too thin.

Spread the filling all over the dough leaving out the edges, Apply some water on the edges and roll tightly from one side to the other.seal the corners.press and roll gently using a sharp knife cut into 1 inch thick pieces.

Take each piece and press gently between your palms.Deep fry in oil at med.low heat when they start to get light brown in colour increase the heat to med.high and fry till golden brown
