San Fernando Nachos, My Way!

Steps
- 1
Make a small Mexican salad called pico de gallo with the vegetables. Finely chop the onion, bell pepper, and green tomato. You can also add some jalapeño if you like it very spicy. Dress with lime juice.
- 2
In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onion and cayenne pepper. Add a splash of tomato sauce and a couple of tablespoons of Mexican salsa.
- 3
On a large platter or baking dish, layer tortilla chips, the beef mixture, pico de gallo, and cheese. Add another layer of chips, then the rest of the beef, pico de gallo, and more cheese.
- 4
Bake at 350°F (180°C) until the cheese is melted.
- 5
Once out of the oven, top with sour cream and guacamole to taste. This time, I served the guacamole on the side since not everyone liked it.
