Vagharela Mamra

Keep one kadhai on flame and dry roast mamra and keep it in the big bowl. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black salt and salt into the mamra and mix well.

Keep one frying pan on flame add 2 tablespoon oil add mustard seeds let it splutter now add chopped (big sized pieces) green chilli, curry leaves and asafoetida, prepared tadka. Now add this tadka in mamra and mix altogether. Again roast mamra for 5 to 7 minutes and put the flame off. When mamra gets cool add powder sugar and besan sev. Now vagharela mamra is ready to serve. Keep it air tight jar.
