Wash and peel the karelas.

Now make a vertical cut on a side and remove all the seeds.

Now boiled karelas.

In a bowl mix ginger and garlic paste, crushed peanuts and all dry masalas. Add 2 tsp water. Mix it well. Now stuffing is ready.

Stuff this inside the karela generously..

In a pan 3 to 4 tsp oil and add stuffed karela.

Cover it and cook for 10 min low flame. Karela sabji is ready for serve.
