Finely chop the yellow onion, leek, and green onions. Sauté them lightly in a little olive oil. Once they soften, add the spinach and cook until it wilts and reduces in volume, about 3-4 minutes. Add the dill, stir gently, and remove from heat.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the eggs and olive oil. Add the flour and baking powder, and combine until smooth.

Add the sautéed spinach and onions to the mixture and stir again. Finally, add the crumbled feta cheese and mix gently.

Pour the entire mixture into a greased and floured loaf pan. Smooth the top if needed and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C, convection) for 45-60 minutes.
