Protein rich meal prep to lose weight. Sous vide, a water bathing cooking, helps you cook perfect tender chicken while you are out for jogging. Cook 1 kg at once, and you can keep it fridge to use it for a week. The best for lazy, yet healthy eating!!

Salt, pepper, oregano and put in a bag and olive oil a bit. Massage the chicken from over the bag.

Put the bag in the bathtub. Sous vide devices are getting cheaper. Used to be only in professional kitchen, now available anywhere, maybe search the one at Amazon!

Set 70 celsius for 45 min of bathing. Time to go out for jogging!! If you'd like it a bit more pink, then 65 celsius. Depending on sous vide machine, there are load of suggestions.

Done. Keep the chicken in fridge so that you can eat, as needed. The easiest is salad. Balsamic vinegar, parmigiana reggiano are my favourite add ons.

Pack it, and keep it in the fridge
