For kachori at first boil daal Chana by adding yellow food color then add salt and Ted chilli powder when it was boiled

Then for dough add flour in a container then pour ghee and salt

Then add water and knead it will

Then make small ball and stuff daal in it as well the grease the tray with oil and place small balls in it

Then press them with hands and then deep fry press them downwards while frying

Now kachori is ready

For tarkari at first boil potatoes then mashed them well then add boiled chick peas

Then add all spices and water almost 2glass then let it cook

Then add achar and cornflour and water mixture then add kalaounji cook it for a while then serve
