Grate ur carrots, parboil ur rice, wash and return inside the pot, add grated carrots, and green beans, cover pot and allow to cook.

In a suace pan add palm oil, lucuost beans stir fry and add water, seasonings onions, pepper ur garlic&ginger paste, ur spinach leaves, stir and and allow until water goes down, put down ur pot and serve
