Assemble the Ingredients:

Sieve the flour add ghee, carom seeds, salt and mix it very well. Add some quantity of water and knead to a stiff dough. Set the dough aside for 20 minutes.

To prepare stuffing take aaloo chips and add it to mixer jar and grind it coarsely.

Add roasted salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder and chaat masala and mix well. Take out the mixture in a bowl.

Knead the dough for a minute and divide the dough into small balls of equal size. Roll out each ball to a disc. Keep it small and slightly thick. Cut it into two halves.

Wet the edges with a little water along the diameter. Bring the two ends together to overlap a little. Join and press together to make a cone.

Place a tsp of filling in the cone and seal from above. Fill all the cones and set aside.

Heat plenty oil in a pan. Put the prepared samosa in hot oil, deep fry on low to medium till light brown.

Drain and set aside to cool. Store in airtight container.

Crispy and tempting samosas are ready. Serve it with a steaming hot cup of tea or any dip of your choice.
