Ingredients

  1. 250 grmsBeef mince
  2. Onion 1 chopped
  3. 1 tbsGinger garlic paste
  4. Raw papya 1 and half tbs
  5. 2-3 tbsMustard oil
  6. 1 tbsRed chilli flakes
  7. 1 tspCumin seed powder
  8. 1 tspSalt
  9. 1 tspBlack pepper
  10. 2 tbsYougrt
  11. 1 tbsGreen chillies
  12. Mint leaves 2tbs
  13. 1 cupCapsicum
  14. Oil for cooking
  15. Piececoal for smoke
  16. Roll sheets for wrapping
  17. Eggs 2 for coating
  18. Bread crumbs for coating

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the beef mince and marinate it with onion,ginger garlic paste,raw papya paste,mustard oil,red chilli flakes,cumin powder,salt,and black pepper leave it for 1 hour

  2. 2

    Take oil in a pan and add marinated mince and cook it until it changes Color after that add yougrt,green chillies,mint leaves and capsicum and cook it until its ready and lastly give it a coal smoke for 2-3 min and its ready

  3. 3

    Take roll sheets and make rolls of this mixture then coat it with egg and bread crumbs and fry them until golden brown serve it with any sauce... 😊
