4onion chopped long shape
4tomato chopped
1green chilli
as neededOil
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed Chilli powder
1 tspCoriander powder
As neededCoriander leaves for garnish
5 piecesgarlic

Heat the oil..... add garlic and roast it.... put in the onion, chilli roste it brown.... add the tomato

Add all speices....mix it and cook for 5 mint
3

Add the cheese after 2 mint off the flame
4

Garnish with corinder leaves and gram msala serve with hot chappati
