Peel and spread some salt in a whole plantain, heat oil and fry in a medium heat

While boil the chicken with onions garlic seasoning until tender remove and mashed in motar n pestle to minced it, remove all the bones and in a pan add a little oil add the chopped red peper n scotch bonnet and add the the meat add garlic again and stir fry them

Placed the sauce inside and garnished with bama n ketchup side with lemon
