  • 1 kgpotatoes peeled and cut into quaters
  • 3 tablespoonsoil
  • Salt
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/4 tspCummin powder
  • 3tamotoes washed and chopped
  • 1medium onion diced

    In a sauce pan on medium heat. Add oil then onion. Cook until tender.add tomatoes and the spices. Cook until tomatoes are pastey

    Add potatoes and salt. and stir well. Add 3 tbs water cover and cook until potatoes are cooked. Add a little water if necessary during cooking.
