Chicken breast
Capsicums
Onion
Skewers
seasoning
Thyme
Oregano
Curry
Olive oil
Chilli powder
Ginger Nd garlic
Scotch bonnets

Steps

1

Cut plantain and fry half done, cut and marinate the chicken with seasoning, thyme, chili powder, oregano, curry ginger and garlic scotch bonnets onions and keep aside
2

Cut the capsicums, onions then bring the marinated chicken and plantain and arrange on the skewers
3

Grill in the oven or charcoal for some minutes and the enjoy
