Steps

Wash and drain the beans, and boil in clean salted water until tender.

Fry the onions until golden add the garlic.

Add the tomatoes and pepper, cook on low heat until tender and separates from oil.

Add the beans, some water, adjust seasoning and let it boil.

Once boiled, simmer over low heat until sauce thickens, add the carrots.

Add the chopped cilantro and serve hot with your choice of accompaniments.
