Boil milk,when it comes to boiling point add lemon juice.

Keep stirring till milk cuddles and starts separating.

Switch off the gass,strain it and wash with fresh water.

Collect the chenna in muslim cloth and tie a knot.keep it for10to15minutes and remove all excess water.

Mash it and make big balls of chenna.

Take a pan add sugar and water amd make sugar syrup.

Add chenna ball in warm sugar syrup cover with lid and cook for 10minute.

Now switch off gass and cool it completely.

Keep in refrigerator and serve it.
