Awara with Egg
Steps

Remove all the dirts in the soya beans and soak in water for 5 minutes then wash and blend it until smooth.

Sieve the blended soya beans using a soft cloth.

Pour into a pot and allow it to boil.

When it's about to boil, stay very close to it so that it will not pour and spoil every where.

As it is boiling, be adding the ruwan tsami,it will start forming like balls.

Keep adding the ruwan tsami until it turns to a clean water,I.e no more white again.

Then use something to fetch the awara and put it inside a soft cloth and tight it very well so that the water will drained.

After the water has drained,place it in a tray and cut to desired shape.

In a bowl pour little water and add cubes and salt to it

Then put the awara that you cut inside the water for 5 minutes.

Beat egg and add onion

Pour oil in a pan and place the pan on fire.

Be putting the awara inside the cubes water

Then put it inside the egg.

Then Fry until golden brown
