Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1 tspyeast
  • 1/8 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspsugar (or more if u like sugar)
  • 1 1/4 cupwater
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve flour into a bowl,add yeast,sugar,baking powder,salt and water

  2. 2

    Mix until lump free

  3. 3

    Cover with kitchen towel or cling film and keep in a warm place for 2 hours or until bubbles at d top

  4. 4

    Add oil into a pan it requires deep frying and scoop to fry until golden brown
