Ingredients

15 minutes
2-4 servings
  • 2 cupfull cream milk
  • 1 cupmuskmelon pieces
  • 2 piecesbread
  • 1 tspvanilla custard powder
  • 4-5 tbspmilk
  • to tasteSugar according
  • 1-2green cardamoms
  • Few dryfruit for garnishing

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil 2 cup milk with sugar & green cardamoms in a pan.After a boil,slow down the flame.

    Blend 2 pieces of bread with little milk,2 - 3 spoons in a mixie till it becomes smooth paste.

    Now add this bread paste to the boiling milk & stir constantly to avoid lumps.

    Blend muskmelon pieces in the mixie till it becomes smooth pulp.

    When bread pieces properly dissolved in the milk,mix1 tsp of custard powder with 2 tbsp of milk & add it also so that it becomes more thick.Cook on low flame for few minutes then switch off the flame & add muskmelon pulp.Mix v well.

    Let it cool down & keep it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

  7. 7

    When it is cooled,garnish with dryfruit & serve chilled.
