Cut potatoes into fries cut.wash pototoes.

In bowl,add all dry ingredeints in bowl and mix it.

In bowl add fries and dry ingredints mixture and tap with your hand throughly.

Turn on the flame.heat the oil and fry the fries became until golden brown in colour.dish out and serve with tomato ketchup.
