Wash and soak aya for 30 minutes. Remove the dirts;stones,sands n sticks and strain. Add another clean water n re wash again.

Add ur coconut,dates(remove the seed) n cut it into tiny bits and blend till soft
3

Sieve,add sugar to taste n flavour n serve chill
