Cooking Instructions

Wash and de-coat the beans. Then grind or blend with fresh pepper. Add chopped onions, add seasoning cubes and salt to taste. Mix with little water (not too thick or watery) Mix together!

Heat up vegetable oil in a pan,scoop the paste (using a deep round spoon) into the oil. Fry until golden brown.

Your akara is ready! Mix the raw pap with little water. Then pour very hot water and stir until it becomes thick. Add sugar and stir. Enjoy!
