Cut watermelon from both sides,(top and bottom),slice off the rind, trim edges with knife,give round shape

With the help of tissue soak excess water,dry watermelon well

Keep in the fridge for an hour

Meanwhile prepare frosting

In a bowl pour 1,१/२cup whipping cream with 1 tbsp condensed milk,add vanilla extract and lemon zest

Beat until stiff peaks

Remove watermelon from fridge cover all sided with whipped cream

Decorate with shredded coconut,blanched and sliced almonds mango cubs, cherry,litchi and cubs of watermelon,keep in fridge until serve

Keep in fridge until serve cut in to pieces and enjoy fresh watermelon cake,this juicy cake is very tasty and refreshing
