Remove the excess fat from the gizzards using a knife then cut the gizzards into small pieces

Chop the onions and fry with little oil about 2-3 tablespoons.

Stir the onions until translucent and add crushed/pounded garlic.

Stir the onions and garlic until golden brown. at this point, add a little salt. then add the cut gizzards, stir and cover them with a lid. cook under low heat

The gizzards will produce a little water. when the water dries, add the finely chopped tomato, you can blend the tomato if you like. add royco and a little water about 1/4 cup.

Cover the sufuria for about 3mins then add chopped dhania and stir.

Serve with your desired accompaniment
