Marinate the prawns with lemon juice, salt, soy sauce, chilli sauce, pepper, corn flour and maida. Keep aside for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, gently drop the prawns and fry in medium flame until golden brown.

Heat oil in a wok, add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute for 1 minute.

Add chopped onion and saute. Add capsicum and saute for 1 minute.

Add salt, pepper powder, soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and mix well.
