Ingredients

4-5 servings

500 GMboiled potatoes
1/4 cupbread crumbs
2 tbspcornflour
2 tbspshredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbspcrushed red chilli
1/2 TspItalian seasoning mix
1 Tspsalt
1 Tspgarlic powder
For Coating:
2 tbspcornflour
50 mlwater
Bread crumbs as required

Steps

In boiled potatoes add all ingredients and mix well.

Put it in freezer for 1 hour.

Now shape the potato dough into croquettes.

Mix cornflour with water.

First dip croquettes in cornflour mixture then roll in bread crumbs.

Deep fry the croquettes.
7

Ready to serve with any sauce.
