Steps

Peel and wash the yam

Put into a pot,add salt,bay leaf and cook till tender and soft

When cooked Strain and mashed the yam

Add in minced ginger,garlic and onion

Add some seasoning,curry and mix spices

Add in the scotch bonnet pepper

Add in the butter and mix to combine

Boil some sausage and drain

Oil you palm and Scoop some yam mixture and flatten it

Drop in the sausage in the middle

Beat the egg and add some seasoning and drizzle the dogs into

Then into breadcrumbs and fry

Fry on medium heat till golden brown and nice looking
