Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal and fry.

Add curry leaves and peanuts. Fry for one minute.

Add raw mango, green chilli and mix well. Add turmeric powder, salt and fry for few minutes.

Now add the cooked rice and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes in a low flame.

Add grated coconut and coriander leaves, mix well.

Serve hot.
