Drizzle some lemon juice on the fish fillet and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper

In a shallow pan. Fry ginger garlic paste and place the fillet

Once it moves freely(doesn't stick to the pan) turn the fillet and place green onions on each piece. I like my fillet cut in Long strips.

Pour in light soy sauce and lemon juice mixture and keep coating the fish until the sauce reduces in half
- 5
Take of the heat and serve over hot white rice. Enjoy!
