For the wedges slice your potatoes and carrots. Wash and dry. Boil for 5 mins. I used a double sided grill pan; so I coated with oil. Put in the potatoes and carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Cook till tender

For the guacamole, I mixed onion, tomato, avocado, lemon salt and black pepper

For sausages I deep fried
