Ingredients

  1. 2 cupschopped mangoes (Alphanso)
  2. 2cardmom
  3. saffron strands few
  4. Sugar as per your taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly peel and chop mangoes

    Next into mixer grinder add chopped mangoes, sugar and cardmom

    Grind this to a smooth puree

    Now remove mango mixture into serving bowl and garnish it with some saffron strands
