My Porridge number 2
The sultanas really went well in the porridge
Steps

Add the oats to a saucepan add the milk then bring it to the boil slowly stirring often, add a little salt (Opt)

When it comes to the boil lower the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes

When it's thicker and time is up add to a bowl. Add the sultanas and a little milk around the edge about 2 tbls. You could add a little honey too if you like just 1/2 Tsp. Serve hot in a bowl.
