Ingredients

  1. 50 gmsdry red chilli(Regular red mirch and kashmiri mirch can be used in 1:1 ratio)
  2. 2-3 tspfinely chopped garlic
  3. 1-2 tspfinely chopped ginger
  4. 2 tspsugar
  5. 1 tspsoya sauce
  6. 1 tsptomato sauce
  7. 1 tspvinegar(Vinegar will help to keep the sauce fresh for long)
  8. to tasteSalt according

Cooking Instructions

    For Red chilli paste: Soak the dry red chillies in water for 20-30 minutes. Boil it till the chillies are soft. Now drain the water and make fine paste. For making it less spicy, before soaking in water remove the seeds.

    Now In a pan add 3-4 tsp oil. Add chopped garlic and ginger and saute for few seconds, make sure the garlic cloves are not overcooked. Now add salt, sugar, soya sauce and tomato sauce, vinegar and saute for few seconds.

    Now add the chilli paste and mix well. Now cover it and keep for cooking for 1-2 minute or until oil is separated from the mixture.

    Once oil is separated from the mixture means the sauce is ready. Now switch off the flame and keep for cooling. Store it in a glass jar.
